To whom it may concern: I had the opportunity to work with Cindy Perry with Windermere Realty on a Real Estate transaction involving one of her listings. My name is Sam Inman and I’m a realtor also but was actually the buyer in this transaction for one of her waterfront listings. I wanted to write this letter of recommendation for Cindy because in my Real Estate career of almost 10 years, I’ve never seen a realtor that works as endlessly as her (She worked almost every evening for a whole week on this transaction) which involved another buyer/multiple offer situation/ and a 1st right of refusal. Very complicated deal because of all these factors involved. She represented her clients with such integrity, working endlessly to make the deal work, and with a hard work ethic I haven’t seen in a long time. When she showed us her listing she took the time to meet us at the property(which was about a 25-minute drive around the lake) and she presented all the features, amenities, and uniqueness of the property with such skill that I could visualize myself there spending the summers with family, etc. She truly made me want the property so much more after meeting her out there. She had such an in-depth knowledge of the property’s features and facts about the property it was as if she owned it herself! She knew that property so well walking property lines with us, pointing out features we wouldn’t have noticed and really was helpful in helping us to decide on this home. Unfortunately, the person in 1st position on this deal ended up stepping forward and buying the house but I just wanted to write this letter to let potential clients of Cindy’s know that if you want a hard worker, someone that will go over and beyond to help you, someone who will work long hours, someone who does their research and will learn and express to potential clients the details/amenities of your home then I very Highly recommend you hire Cindy as your listing agent or buyer’s agent. She is such a knowledgeable realtor, absolutely amazing to work with and her follow-up skills are amazing. She will go over and beyond to help you with your Real Estate needs. She devotes so much to her Real Estate career and it sets her apart from others in the business. I can’t tell you how impressed I am with Cindy. From a realtor’s standpoint, she is truly amazing to work with also. When working on a transaction it’s nice to have a realtor that communicates so quickly, has incredible follow-up skills, knows how to handle all the paperwork, and at the same time is such a pleasure to work with. Cindy Perry sold my parent's house in a timely fashion. I met Cindy when she was starting her career as a real estate agent. My parents could no longer live in their home and it needed to be sold. Cindy put a lot of effort into evaluating the house before she met us at the property. We did talk to two other agents and decide to go with Cindy because she was focused on marketing the house. Since I live a couple of states away, Cindy offered to help fill in by letting people in for quotes on painting, etc. Cindy did everything she said she would and more. Cindy put a lot of effort into marketing with ads, open houses, and showings. My parents’ house sold in a timely fashion for a fair price.
